Changes to the delivery address are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you are between sizes we recommend choosing one size up from your usual size.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

Shipping & Delivery

Occasionally tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier related issues. If there has been no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us through our Contact Us page.


We take these situations seriously. If your package is officially confirmed as lost or stolen, please contact us directly through our Contact Us page. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information please refer to our Refund Policy.

No, a refund is not automatically provided when a shipment is marked as "Failed Delivery." If your tracking information shows "Failed Delivery" and you have not received your order, please contact us through our Contact Us page. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution based on the findings.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned package. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
